The Cyclone Journey prepares each person with the tools needed to learn what success means to them and a strategy to sustain a life of success. Through The Cyclone Journey program, student-athletes are provided opportunities to grow through self-awareness, career exploration and life after college. 

A series of activities, hands-on experiences, workshops, career events, and more will guide them through personal and professional development milestones and will help them develop habits to promote success in life. 

A key strategy for Iowa State is creating continuity between the student-athlete experience and life after college by directly supporting and celebrating each student-athlete's Cyclone Journey during their time at Iowa State and long after. 

Current student-athletes can log into Canvas (Iowa State University's course management system) to access resources, sign-up for career meetings, track progress through each phase, get connected through SAAC and much more.
